Design-a-Board : Eastern Promises

This Eastern Promises Design-A-Board is inspired by a bride who recently contacted me to discuss her wedding plans for an exciting Arabian-Muslim & Chinese wedding. I struggled to pull away from the traditional Chinese wedding tones of rich red so I have added teal for a contemporary twist. But to keep the theme a little more stylish, I used different shades of reds and pinks and some slight variations of blues…ranging from teal and some defined as aqua. Rather than have the exact same shades of the same colours throughout a wedding, create a little more style by having different tones of the same colours.
