When I very first set eyes on Chris Spira’s photos, I just knew it wouldn’t be long before she would be travelling again for her photography! I previously shared a Shanghai wedding captured by Chris and this time I’m absolutely delighted to share with you a dream day from right here in… London… of Nalinee and Brian.
If you’re looking for eye-candy which oozes pure sophistication and is filled with fun and romance… you really have called by at the right time.
Coincidently today I picked up an email from a university student who asked me a few questions of a wedding planners thoughts; about past and present weddings, current trends and how I feel Chinese traditions and cultures have been affected by today’s society. I certainly think the photographs you see right here will easily explain my thoughts on the last question![]()
Chinese inspired weddings are no longer filled with the traditonal red and gold - from wedding dress to shoes to decor to curtains. They are now contemporary, stylish and with a subtle hint of Chinese glamour. I love such beautiful weddings – not only do they celebrate who they are but they certainly bring in to the World of Weddings an incredible day with a modern cultural touch… in a very pretty way.
Thank you once again to Chris Spira Weddings for sharing such stunning and classy wedding photographs with Smitten’s readers.

Be sure to take a good look round – Chris shares some amazing photography from her travels, in which I’m always delighted to read about and always fascinated by her amazing finds along her journey… A blog I truly adore… love Carms x

Gee, I’m sure Chris Spira is delighted with your comments!
I know, wasabi toothpaste must be lots of fun {and maybe a little cruel but being a girl, it has to be done right?!} I love the cute chinese wedding bowl set too x
