Katie + Andy

Country rustic and a whole lot of pretty – welcome to Katie & Andy’s wedding.

Katie had always dreamed that her parents garden would be the perfect setting for her big day, and so it was – with tipis in the garden!

As usual, the British weather was unpredictable. A short stroll to the village church in the drizzly rain with her bridesmaids was the start of a most gorgeous celebration and not for one moment did it make any difference to how much love and happiness there were between the newlyweds and their family and friends.

Katie’s hand-tied bouquet filled with beautiful pink peonies, herbs, orange roses and blue thistles. Milk churns flowing with the prettiest shades of florals, and table arrangements lovingly created by Katie’s Grandma. There were so many special and emotional moments; not forgetting Andy’s sister, Kate, performance of Ed Sheeran’s ‘Kiss Me’  at the start of Wedding Breakfast. Simply incredible.

When the evening reception kicked off with their First Dance to Ho Hey by The Lumineers, the fire was lit, more delicious food was served and the dance-floor quickly filled with guests under the giant sparkly disco ball. Throughout the day, you could feel that special spark between Katie & Andy – it really was a wedding like no other.
