I offer several levels of wedding planning services and they're created to your very own vision and needs. I can create a bespoke plan for the complete planning and design or maybe you just need a little help with piecing together all those final plans; but first we’ll begin with a complimentary consultation...

Full Planning, Design + Co-ordination

Allowing you to completely enjoy the beautiful journey from the moment you said 'yes' to the fabulous evening you're dancing away as newlyweds... from the design concept to your day of celebration; ensuring your journey from engagement to wedding day is truly unforgettable. Starting on a blank canvas, I’ll work closely with you and create a complete wedding plan which is bespoke to you. From the search for the most perfect venue and hand-pick suppliers, creating designs to budget management, you’ll receive my expertise and guidance on every aspect of wedding planning and I’ll ensure your day is everything you have imagined it to be and more. Whether you dream of chic, rustic, whimsical, quirky or maybe a gorgeous modern day... you can fully relax knowing I’ll be with you every step of the way...

  • Venue + Supplier Management
    Working together, I’ll source and hand-pick the perfect venues and the professional suppliers most suited to you, your wedding style and budget. This will include checking contracts, be the suppliers' sole contact, attend meetings and manage administration.
  • Design + Styling
    From all the little details to the complete style and design, I’ll create a design board consisting of details you love and include elements which are personal to you both. Helping you decide on style, colours and textures, followed by bringing the day together from concept to celebration.
  • Finance Management
    I’ll manage your budget and finances and keep you up to date - from the breakdown of individual supplier fees to payment schedules.
  • Assist and Guide
    Offering you help and guidance from the moment I begin working with you and answer etiquette questions when needed. I will be on hand to assist throughout and leading up to your special day.
  • Timeline and Organisation
    A comprehensive wedding day timeline is created and sent to the team of suppliers - ensuring all are working to the same timings and making sure the day flows seamlessly
  • Wedding Day Co-Ordination
    I will co-ordinate, over-see and liaise with all suppliers during set up and throughout your wedding day. I’ll also assist you, style the venue and ensure your wedding flows effortlessly and is one most successful celebration!

Partial Planning + Co-Ordination

Providing you with complete support and guidance when you need it the most... three months prior to your wedding day, together we will discuss every element you have planned so far. I will then ensure all the final details are tailored to perfection and brought to life. Reviewing everything you have planned, source further suppliers which you may still need, create a comprehensive timeline and finalise the fine details with your team of suppliers… they’re just some of my to-do’s so we leave absolutely nothing to chance.

Wedding Day Co-Ordination

Taking the stresses and strains away from you, ensuring you can relax and treasure every single minute of your wedding day... this is especially designed for the creative bride and groom who have been inspired to plan every fine detail for their wedding. On the day, I will ensure your plans run seamlessly, without a hitch!

  • Ceremony + Reception Visit
    A site visit prior to your wedding to the ceremony and reception venue to confirm the final flow of your day and the set-up of any decorative items you have planned.
  • Suppliers Contact
    From two weeks prior to your wedding day, I’ll be your team of suppliers contact – ensuring all the details are finalised and confirmed. This is the moment when you can finally begin to fully relax!
  • Timeline + Organisation
    A comprehensive wedding day timeline is created, any logistical issues will be highlighted and the finalised timeline is then sent to all suppliers which will ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly.
  • Assist + Guide
    I’ll be your personal assistant and provide you with the necessary guidance of issues which may unexpectedly arise.
  • Set Up + Styling
    Any styling where no dedicated supplier is responsible for, such as your own handmade items, this will be set up and I’ll ensure your wedding is styled to perfection.
  • Day Management
    To manage your wedding day and liaise with all your suppliers throughout – this allows you to relax, enjoy and treasure every moment of your special day!

Carmen Weddings will assist in planning the details for your wedding banquet and ensure the Tea Ceremony to Table Toasts are presented on time. Whether you want an intimate wedding with small Double Happiness touches or a large traditional banquet for more than 500 guests, you can be assured Carmen Weddings will make sure it is a truly Double Happiness day.

If you are hoping to get married in the UK, then lets make it happen!
